Here he is after Mama cut his hair off on the sides where it was rubbing and balding. Sarah took these adorable pics. Good thing she is so well trained at photo ops since she has had a whole year practicing on her own little subject. It is amazing what cute clothes he's got. I think this range he is in right now (3-6 month) size has much cuter stuff than his newborn and 0-3. Especially since there are more colors to be had than just baby blue and brown. Very exciting indeed! He is now laughing out loud occasionally, which is super funny sounding. And his is starting to get a little more control of his hands. He has been able to shove them in his mouth for awhile, but now he also grabs blankets and burp cloths to chew on, and tonight, he was able to hit a little toy seal on the tray of his swing to make it rattle. We also think he is very close to actually sucking his thumb as he is slowly figuring out how to hold his thumb out from his fist. We were overly excited to see him doing this in the pursuit of self soothing!

Did Matt tell you that when he was here he looked really tired and was sucking on his hands so I put him to bed and let him "cry it out" for about 3-5 minutes and he put himself to sleep!!! I was so proud! I hope you don't mind me trying... :)
The pics you have been posting lately are over the top cute...he totally looks a like "baby Matty" in the babe magnet and OSU pants!!! Jer loves the pics too! We miss our nephew so much!!!
