Tyler did pretty well for a two month old baby during an 8 hour car ride. He did get upset when he woke up during the first part of the trip from hunger and I think he felt kinda lonely back there after so much time being surrounded by family in Newport. After we hit Redding, things went down hill...fast. He started screaming and refused to be consoled by a pacifier. I ended up moving to the back seat to be with him and got him calmed once to smiles and singing, but that ended quickly. He had had it with being in the car, strapped down, not being able to be held and coddled by Mama.
As soon as we arrived and shit off the car, he settled down. Thanks to Chris for putting up with us!
